  Description  
Sominex is non-habit forming so long it is used for those occasions when you cannot get to sleep because your natural routine is disturbed. Clinically proven to relieve occasional sleeplessness. For temporary (short-term) relief only. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
 
Directions:
 
For oral use. The tablets should be swallowed with water.
Adults, the elderly and children aged 16 years and over: Take one tablet at bedtime. It may be taken up to one hour after going to bed when sleep is difficult to achieve.

Ingredients: 
 
Each Sominex tablet contains Promethazine Hydrochloride Ph.Eur.20mg. Also contains lactose.
 
Warnings:
  • Sominex causes drowsiness. Do not drink or operate machinery.
  • Avoid alcholic drink.
  • Do not give to children under the age of 16.
  • Keep Sominex out of the sight and reach of children.
  • Carefully read all labelling on packaging before use.
