Nytol One-A-Night is a clinically proven night-time sleep aid (not a 'sleeping pill' as we know it). Nytol is an antihistamine that causes drowsiness, and is used as an aid to the relief of temporary sleeping difficulties.

Directions:

Adults over 16 years and elderly: Take One tablet 20 minutes before going to bed.

Under 16 years and children: Not to be given.

Ingredients:

Each Nytol One-A-Night Caplet contains Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg.

Warnings:

• Do not take Nytol One-A-Night in the following cases: asthma, narrow angle glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal and bladder neck obstruction, pregnancy, lactation or if taking CNS depressants or MAOIs.
• Take with caution in cases if myasthenia gravis and seizure disorders.
• Driving and use of machinery should be avoided as Nytol causes drowsiness.
• Avoid alcohol
• Carefully read all product packaging and labels before use.
• Keep Nytol One-A-Night out of reach and sight of children.
