How do I easily find what I’m looking for?
The quickest and easiest way to find a product you are already familiar with, is to type the product name in the search box on the top right hand side of the screen. You can either type by product name or ailment name.

Is shopping by credit/debit card secure on your site?
The credit card area on our site is secure. Pharmacy4meds utilise industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow the encrytion of all credit card information. This means information passed between your computer via SagePay and our web site cannot be read by anyone else. We do not share your information with anyone else.
SSL encrytion technology, used by many Internet stores similar to ourselves, virtually eliminates credit card fraud on the Internet.

How safe are your systems?
Our Pharmacy4meds team has developed unique procedures to allow its pharmacists to check the suitability of a medicine for a particular patient and ensure its safe delivery. Every order is checked and we will ask further questions if we feel the customer is ordering excessive quantities of medication. Our pharmacists reserve the right to refuse medication if they feel the items are being misused or if there is risk to patient safety. We abide by the General Pharmaceutical Council’s Internet guidelines to develop these procedures.
What if Pharmacy4meds are unable to supply a product that I’ve bought online?
Pharmacy4meds will always to try to fulfil your order. If there are market or suitability issues with your order, then we will always contact you via email or telephone to discuss your order. If a suitable alternative cannot be found or, indeed if you prefer, a refund will be issued to you.
What is Pharmacy4meds’ Return Policy?
Our ethical guidelines do not allow medicines to be returned. However, in the event that your order is received damaged , faulty or incorrectly, then we request you to send your order back to us via Royal Mail’s recorded delivery service. On receipt and examination of your order, we will then (subject to discretion) supply you with a replacement and your postage to us will be refunded.
Certain items for personal use will not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty). Examples of such items include Cosmetics, Hair colours/accessories and Sensual enhancements.
Can I send my prescriptions to Pharmacy4meds?
We can dispense your NHS and private prescriptions, as long as they are written by a UK-registered prescriber. We aim to deliver your prescription medicines to you within 1-2 days of receipt of your prescription. Simply register on our website and follow the instructions. Does Pharmacy4meds deal with Vet prescriptions?
Yes, of course. We stock a range of pet medicines at discount prices compared to your vet. Simply post your prescription to us at the address above or send us an email or call us for a competitive quote on 0844 8466560. We pride ourselves on the dedicated service we provide. Please note your vet may charge animal owners for writing prescriptions.
How much do I pay for delivery?
Delivery is FREE for all UK NHS prescription orders and all orders over £50. All other orders are charged at £3.95 (inc vat) per order. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are sent via Royal Mail’s First class Recorded Delivery service. However, heavy items may incur a higher delivery charge which will be confirmed at the checkout. Bulk order pricing and delivery can be discussed via email or telephone. Please note that higher delivery charges apply to orders sent to Europe and the rest of the world, which will be confirmed at the checkout. All orders sent to outside of Europe are free from VAT on product and postage.
What if I'm not at home when you deliver?
We use Royal Mail and Business Post services for the majority of our deliveries. Depending on the nature and value of your order, we may use an enhanced service such as Royal Mail’s Special Delivery, which will require a signature on delivery. If for some reason no-one is available to receive your order then you will be left a note to say that delivery was attempted aswell as instructions on how to obtain your order - either by rearranging a delivery time, or by collecting your order from a local delivery office. What if I need medicines straight away?
