The 'Consult A Doctor' service is operated by Pharmacy4meds in association with My-Doc. Of course we can't issue prescription only medicine without a prescription, and that's where this service comes in. For many types of prescription only medicine, an over the phone consultation from a real doctor can result in a private prescription being issued. While we would always recommend that for ongoing issues you seek help from your local doctor or medical practitioner, for those last minute needs Pharmacy4meds is here to help. We understand that your time is precious, and you don't always have time to get to see a doctor face to face.


So, if your ailment falls into one of the following categories, the Pharmacy4meds doctor may be able to help!

There is a fee of £35 for the consultation, and after you've been contacted by a doctor they'll decide whether to issue you with a private prescription based on your described symptoms.

To get your private prescription, follow these five simple steps:

• Fill in the form you'll be given once you've paid - you'll receive email instructions.
• Send it to us via email at customerservices@pharmacy4meds.co.uk or by fax on 0844 846 6560.
• A doctor will be in contact shortly for your consultation.  Following this a private prescription will be issued if necessary and you can order from Pharmacy4meds - no need to send us anything!
