Complaints Procedure
In the unfortunate event that you may have a complaint to make, we are on hand to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please use one of the methods of communication (phone, email or post) on the contact page to lodge your issue with us.
Alternatively, if you have an account with us, please log into your account and naviage to your account area (marked "Your Account" in the bar at the top once you're logged in) and click on the "My Support Requests" button. From here you can add a new request, which will be viewed by an administrator and replied to as soon as possible. You can also use this system as an alternative method of communication with us for any other reason too.
We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible. However, if in the unlikely event of 48 hours passing post complaint without you receiving a reply, please do call us on +44 (0) 844 846 6560 and one of our trained staff will be on hand to help.
